Cynthia Rager
IntegraDerm, Inc., President
Integra Life Spa, Owner
...the concept of the IntegraDerm product line and protocols was developed by Cynthia Rager, to meet patient needs while working as a medical esthetician. Working with biochemists and joining in research, her educational background in medical sciences helped create the products and develop the systems. As the products gained in popularity, Ms. Rager started a manufacturing and fulfillment center, where products are developed, filled and shipped. Product development uses natural and organic ingredients and safe preservation systems with renewable sources.
Products developed, manufactured, filled and distributed from IntegraDerm and Integrity Cosmetics include the proprietary brand IntegraDerm, which was developed over 10 years ago and is constantly updated with new ground-breaking ingredients. Also owned and developed are the brands of Green Tea for Face and Body, Vintage Wine for the Skin, Minerale Makeup, Natural Elementz and Illuminar.
Some product brands are sold on shopping channels such as Home Shopping Network, on infomercials and in upscale catalogues. Other custom products are developed for sale under brands for physicians, makeup artists and MLMs (Multi Level Marketing Companies).
Medically based skin care plans and protocols are developed and taught by Ms. Rager at her IntegraLife Spa clinical skin care facility. Part of the mission of this business has been to train, develop the talents and mentor women in this field. Several estheticians working with Ms. Rager have gone on to open their own successful businesses, utilizing the concepts and products from IntegraDerm.
Ms. Rager's other community involvements include Past President of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) for two years for the tri-county area. While chairing the board, the organization raised over $500,000 for research for a cure; Past President of South West Florida Quality of Life, a non-profit organization to help fund sports and recreation for needy children; board member of Lee County Dance Council; volunteer and instituted a program to LAMP (Lee Adolescent Mothers' Program) to teach dance and fitness for pregnant teenagers who stay in school; President and creator of Faces of Hope, a non-profit for raising funds for makeup and surgery for burn survivors.
Ms. Rager resides in Ft. Myers with husband Ken, a real estate developer. She has three daughters whose various talents she has helped to nurture: a tax attorney and dancer, an auto mechanic who has been an advocate for her own diabetes research, and a competition cheerleader.
